Today I got the following report after crash: Temperature also looks good (CPU 70 Celsius with Ryzen 5800x)
#GHOST RECON WILDLANDS PC CRASH DRIVERS#
I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and updated all drivers (graphiccard, chipset, etc.). So far it did not yet occur in Singleplayer, only in Multiplayer games.

Sometimes after a few minutes, in other cases after 30 minutes in multiplayer game. I am going to give what OrphanZombie908 suggested and try and reinstall. But the temp in my box is well under 70F according to an external temp gage, and it happens even a few seconds into the game, with the metal on my box still being cool. For a second I thought it was caused by my machine overheating, due to the nature of how it crashed (sounds still playing, black screen). I hope more folks experiencing the issue report it for my case I’ve tried with vsync both turned on and off, and lowered the settings as well a few times, still happening. I’m on I reported mine to the support site and the issues was forwarded to the Devs, my support tech said. For a while there it only happened once in about every 4 or 5 games, now it is constant every few minutes into a game. Still getting the same issue after the patch, few minutes into a game and it crashes.

Same issues reported here–weirdly it seems to be happening with more frequency than it used to (even before the patch this week). Generally my GPU is hitting 65-70C, I’m fine with that temp since the fans are very silent and that temp is well below the mark for throttling or heat shutoff… Like OP I’m running a very well cooled PC, albeit RTX3090 and R5600x, all stock and nothing OC. Former crashed 20’ish minutes in and the latter about 10.

Today I had 2, one a few hours ago and one before I posted this. There was one day where the game literally crashed as OP, like 4 games in a row, 2 min in and crash. Has happened a maybe a dozen times out of over a 100 games, and sometimes annoyingly when I’m about to close a victory and the game just exits. The game has no reconnect feature so you just straight up take a loss. This is extremely irritating and I hope there will be a solution before ladder comes out, because then it will be downright unpleasant. However, it seems like it’s prone to crashing consecutively for a 2-4 games, and not crash for 10+ games. It can happen within 2 minutes of a game or 30 minutes. Well, it’s not so often, but once in a while the game will just shut off, no warnings just straight to desktop.

There doesn’t seem to be an error code or anything that I’m getting, so I don’t even know how to report my issue to Microsoft for them to fix in future patches. If you can suggest a fix, I’d be very interested. It’s a very stable PC and should be able to run everything without an issue.

exe file to try to launch independent of Steam. Added to Whitelist for antivirus (Kaspersky).Turned off Steam and Nvidia in-game overlays.Latest version of C++ redistributables.Verified integrity of game files through Steam (and have also done a complete uninstall / reinstall).Reset graphic card settings to manufacturer default.Complete uninstall of graphic drivers (with DDU) and re-install to latest version.I’ve tried the following fixes (unsuccessfully): CPU and GFX card are water cooled and there’s excellent airflow across the radiators. If I use a GFX card benchmark to stress test the card (e.g. Internet 1Gbps (clocked at 700mbps through SpeedTest) The game will hang for just a second, occasionally with a second of stuttering audio, and then crash to desktop. Hey all, I’d really like to play this game but I’m having issues with crash to desktop that occurs a few minutes into every game (single player or multiplayer).
